Children's Entertainers
(Lead Role)

Bring stories to life and spark imagination.
Bravo’s Party creates immersive, high-energy experiences for children’s parties and family-friendly events through professional character performances, engaging activities, and themed shows.
We’re currently looking for confident, creative performers to join us as Lead Entertainers — the stars of our children’s events who transform celebrations into magical memories through performance, play, and personality.
Ideal for actors, child care performers, public speakers, early childhood educators, or dancers with strong stage presence and love interacting with people and specially children.
Key responsabilities:
Lead games, dances, or crafts with confidence and charm using the microphone
Learn scripts, character voices, or improvise in costume
Wearing fun or eye-catching costumes (depending on event theme) and stay in character during the whole event
Attend the once a month in-person or online trainings
Requirement:
Love performing, storytelling, or being in costume
Fluent in English (Spanish or bilingual is a strong asset)
Are comfortable working around kids and engaging family crowds
Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
Professional appearance and reliability
Have reliable transportation (optional)

Party Assistant (Support Role)

We’re currently hiring Party Assistants — essential team members who help with setup, transport, media, and on-site support, making sure every party is a seamless success.

Driving materials and entertainers to and from parties (mileage covered)
Taking high-quality videos/photos during events (camera phone required)
Helping with set-up, clean-up, props, and transitions
Assisting with crowd engagement and party activities

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Fill out the following form and include a video (no longer than 4 min in total) of yourself explaining with your own style, how to dance the Bravo’s Party song and then also dancing it. As it's shown in the video, the idea is to have 1 video where you keep talking while also prepping your music once you ask the kids to dance it - This is how will happen at the events since you'll be handling your own music and props, and we want to see how you perform it.

We are looking to see your ability to improvise with the kids and adults and how well you feel creating new move/dance steps to those aside the ones explained in the video. This is not a 100% script to follow.
At the end of the choreography, please add a fantastic closure for this “Interaction/Game" that you just did with the “kids” and remember, you are welcome to be any character that you want when doing this recording, or also an entertainer accompanying a special Mascot character.

What to wear:
As a Lead Entertainer, you'll be expected to fully embody a character and stay in role throughout each event — engaging children through performance, storytelling, play, and presence.
But this isn’t just traditional acting — it’s more like modern pantomime. You’ll be portraying a well-loved character while also interacting with real people in real time — leading games, dancing, posing for photos, and guiding activities.
You’ll need to strike the balance between being immersive and magical, while also being approachable, fun, and responsive.
We recommend:
Wear something that suggests your character – this doesn’t need to be a full costume, but should give us a strong visual idea of who you are portraying (e.g. a prince, princess, superhero, fairy, pirate, etc.)
If you want, you can choose pieces or accessories that help tell the story — a crown, cape, apron, wand, etc.
Hair and makeup can be styled to enhance your character. Show us you ability to apply stage makeup.
If you are invited to be part of the Company, we offer:
A one year contract to be in our database of Lead Entertainers or Party Assistant, so we can offer you to the 2025 events
Paid Performances for Lead Entertainers starting at $100 per 1 hour Party, or $180 per 2 hours party
Paid Performances for Party Assistants starting at $60 per 1 hour Party, or $100 per 2 hours party
All the costumes and materials for each of the events
Full training on all our Party Styles (Online and in person trainings and evaluations)
In-house auditions for new opportunities as they arise (musical shows, backup performers, festivals, magazine shoots, Special events, and more)
Full stage character makeup training
Mandatory team trainings once a month for Lead Entertainers (to be announced in advance)
We help the Entertainers by maximizing their potential and refine their skills in a professional environment in all our performing styles, including special classes with guest teachers, Face Painting, Twist Balloons, use of microphone, Improvisation, and more!
Exposure at Festivals, big stages, and public events.
Please note that:
Bravo’s Entertainment will not pay for any expenses incurred by candidates attending the auditions or training, and rehearsals
These are general auditions for all roles in our current services.
Candidates who successfully pass the auditions will be contacted to receive their Bravo's Entertainment 1 year Contract, to be in our performers data base

INCLUDES: ⏰ 1 hour of non-stop fun, musical show, games, and laughter. - 20-Minute Musical Show: Lizzie B brings the party to life with catchy tunes and dance. - Customized Performance: Choose your child's favorite characters for a personalized experience.
