Bravo’s Entertainment brings elegance, energy, and unforgettable moments to life through professional live entertainment for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and upscale celebrations.

We’re currently seeking confident, charismatic performers to join us as MCs and Show Entertainers — two key roles that help create high-impact guest experiences and keep the celebration flowing with style and energy.

MCs (Master of Ceremony):

As an MC with Bravo’s Entertainment, you are the voice and personality of the event.

From grand entrances to game hosting and dance floor motivation, your job is to engage the guests, communicate key announcements, and keep the energy up all night long. You must be well-spoken, quick-thinking, and know how to read and move a crowd.

Ideal for actors, performers, public speakers, or dancers with strong stage presence and love interacting with people.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Host and guide the flow of the event (introductions, announcements, activities, etc.)

  • Hyping the crowd and interacting with guests on the dance floor and tables

  • Collaborate closely with the DJ, entertainers, dancers, venue managers, event planners, and everyone involved in the logistics of the celebration

  • Maintain a balance of elegance and fun, adapting to the event style (weddings, quinceañeras, corporate, etc.)

  • Represent the Bravo’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

  • Confident speaker with a strong and clear voice

  • Fluent in English (Spanish or bilingual is a strong asset)

  • Excellent crowd interaction and improvisation skills

  • Able to work under pressure with grace and charisma

  • Experience in hosting live events is preferred

  • Must have reliable transportation and weekend availability

Show Entertainers:

Our Show Entertainers are the heart of our special themed segments, including La Hora Loca, cultural shows, character performances, and surprise party moments.

You may be leading a samba show, performing in themed costumes, dancing with guests, or energizing the crowd with visual impact and personality.

Ideal for dancers, models, actors, or performers who love themed shows, glam looks, and bringing the “wow” factor to events.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Perform in specialty entertainment segments (like Hora Loca, LED shows, Carnival themes, etc.)

  • Dance and interact with guests during live segments

  • Wear themed or elaborate costumes to enhance the visual performance

  • Help maintain the timing and transitions of the entertainment schedule

  • Work in sync with the MC, DJ, and dance team to elevate the overall guest experience

Requirements:

  • High comfort level with dancing, movement, and engaging with large groups

  • Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality

  • Professional appearance and reliability

  • Comfortable wearing fun or eye-catching costumes (depending on event theme)

  • Must have reliable transportation (optional) and weekend availability

  • Please record yourself facing the camera. You can record it from your camera phone as long as we can see your full body.

  • At the end of the provided script, please add up to 1 minute of your own improvisation. Imagine you're still hosting the event — continue in character and show us your unique personality, energy, and style.

    This is your moment to shine! We want to see how you would naturally engage the audience, improvise, and bring your own flavor to the experience. Whether it’s a fun transition, a personal touch, or something spontaneous you’d say to keep the energy flowing — let us see how you make the moment unforgettable.

What to wear:

  • Formal or semi-formal attire – Choose something that represents a polished and elegant event (like weddings or quinceañeras).

  • No casual wear – Avoid t-shirts, hoodies, or overly relaxed outfits.

  • Hair should be neat, clean, and well-styled.

  • Keep your look camera-ready, as you would for a live performance.

  • Full stage-appropriate makeup that enhances your features under lighting (for female applicants)

  • Aim for a look that’s elegant, fun, and camera-friendly.

  • Record in a well-lit, quiet space with a clean background.

  • Smile and show energy — we want to see your charisma!

  • Make sure your voice is clear and loud enough to hear easily.

If you are invited to be part of the Company, We Offer:

  • Paid Performances (According to the experience with the Company, starting at $120 per Show as Show Entertainers, to $150 per hour as MC)

  • Online and in persona training 

  • In-house auditions for new opportunities as they arise (festivals, Special events, and more)

  • Full stage makeup training.

  • We help our MCs and Show Entertainers maximize their potential and refine their skills in a professional environment through hands-on experience and special training sessions with guest teachers. These include classes such as: Public Speaking & Stage Presence, Improvisation for Live Events, Working with Music & Event Flow, Character Development & Themed Performance, etc.

    These sessions are designed to build confidence, elevate performance quality, and ensure every entertainer shines on stage.

  • Exposure on Festivals, big stages, and public events 

Please note that:

  • Bravo’s Entertainment will not pay for any expenses incurred by candidates attending the auditions or training, and rehearsals

  • These are general auditions for all roles in our current services. 

  • Candidates who successfully pass the auditions will be contacted to receive their Bravo's Entertainment 1 year Contract, to be in our performers data base
