By booking any service with Bravo’s Entertainment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.
1. Booking & Deposits
Services are available 7 days a week.
To request a booking with Bravo's Entertainment, contact us at info@bravosentertainment.ca with your event details.
To request a booking with Bravo's Party, contact us at info@bravosparty.com with your event details.
A booking is only confirmed once a 50% deposit is received and an invoice has been issued.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations & Credits
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may use the deposit as store credit for a future Bravo’s Entertainment service.
A 25% administrative fee applies when using the deposit as store credit.
Cancellations made on the day before or the same day of the event will forfeit the deposit entirely and are not eligible for store credit.
Any approved store credit must be used within 12 months from the original event date.
3. Service Modifications & Performer Logistics
Our performers travel as a coordinated team, especially for international or out-of-city bookings. Services confirmed as group packages may not be separated into individual bookings once the team has been scheduled.
All performance logistics, including start times and durations, are finalized upon booking. Changes are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
4. Weather, Power & Emergency Conditions
We are not responsible for event cancellations due to:
Power outages
Harsh weather conditions
Venue issues or access problems
We strongly recommend clients arrange a backup indoor or covered space. Our services remain billable regardless of such interruptions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Changing Area: Client must provide a private, secure changing area near the performance location.
Timing: Staff can wait a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time. After that, extra charges may apply if performers can stay longer.
Parking: A free parking space must be provided close to the venue entrance. Any parking fees will be billed to the client.

6. Transportation
All events require a transportation fee, regardless of location.
The transportation cost is calculated based on the city and postal code of the event venue.
This fee covers travel time, mileage, tolls, fuel, vehicle logistics, and loading/unloading of materials.
Clients will be informed of the exact transportation fee upon requesting a quote or booking.
7. Holiday Fees
Services booked on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve (NYE) are subject to an additional $100 fee per performer.
8. Specialty Acts (Acrobats & Aerialists)
Clients must confirm that the event space meets all technical and safety requirements for specialty performances prior to booking.
9. Media Use & Promotional Content
By confirming a booking and submitting the deposit, the client grants Canada Bravo’s Entertainment inc & Bravo's Party permission to capture and use photographs and video footage taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, our website, social media platforms, brochures, and digital advertisements.
Only content showcasing our performers, costumes, and services will be used respectfully and professionally.
Personal guest images or identifiable minors will not be used unless clearly part of the performance or with verbal consent during the event.
If the client prefers that no images or footage from their event be used, a written request must be submitted via email at least 48 hours before the event.
Canada Bravo’s Entertainment inc & Bravo's Party respect all clients’ privacy and will honor any such requests in full compliance with our privacy policy.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Canada Bravo’s Entertainment, Bravo's Party and the performers will take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
However, we are not responsible or liable for:
Any injuries, accidents, or damages involving guests before, during, or after the performance.
Venue-related hazards such as uneven flooring, inadequate space, poor lighting, or unsafe conditions.
Loss or damage to personal property belonging to guests or event attendees.
The client is solely responsible for ensuring the venue is safe, accessible, and suitable for the performance requested, including any necessary permissions, permits, or insurance required by the venue.
By confirming a booking and submitting the deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts this liability disclaimer in full.
10. Refunds & Rescheduling
Once your reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend on team availability. Additional fees may apply.
